SuperFW: a supercard firmware

SuperFW is a modern and opensource custom firmware for the Supercard.

SuperFW is only compatible with the regular Supercard SD/MiniSD/MicroSD variant. The Compact Flash variant and the Lite / Rumble smaller variants are not compatible.
